Why train in a group?

Normally, physiotherapy and training is mostly done solo. Exercising in a group sometimes makes more sense, however.

The group members can give each other encouragement and exchange information at the same time.

In our practice, we have two physiotherapists looking after the Flow Motion training programs: Jaqueline Brun, and Raoul Lambert

Working together for quality care

These physiotherapists operate in a network, sharing their know-how and experience. And that all adds up to a higher quality of care.

How group therapy works

Firstly we have an intake. The intake covers an interview, a physical fitness check, and a questionnaire.

The program of treatment has various options from which you can choose: Flow Motion, condition training, breathing exercises, fitness, (infrared) sauna, steam bath, and massage.

The course of therapy ends with a final evaluation in which you are asked for an evaluation and are given advice tailored to your personal situation.

Elements from Qi-gong, T’ai-chi and Yoga

The program contains principles and elements from Qi-gong, T'ai-chi and Yoga, Pilates, and Power Training. The group training sessions are designed to be both effective and enjoyable. The appliances are fun to use and designed for anyone to use and keep at it.

We have special group training sessions for women, men, children, as well as mixed groups.

Duration and frequency

The complete program lasts for 12 weeks. Exercise therapy is given twice a week, lasting one hour each time.

When?

  • Mondays from 9.00 - 10.00 and from 17.30- 18.30.
  • Wednesdays from 11.00 -12.00
  • Thursdays from 9.00 - 10.00
  • Saturdays from 10.00- 11.00 and from 11.00-12.00

Soon we will also be giving Flow Motion lessons on Tuesdays Fridays and Sundays.
Within your three-month trial period, you are required to contact your physiotherapist at least once a week. If you are unable to come you, should report this to your physiotherapist , so you can make up the missed lesson another day.
