What is Flowmotion

Flow Motion is condition training: you sweat, puff and pant from the movements you make with the AquaSwing®

Flow Motion is power training; you start with half a litre of water and as you get stronger you work up to moving with one and a half litres of water.

Flow Motion is flexibility training; you move to the rhythm of the water in the AquaSwing®, fluid and supple. Flow Motion is stability training; you move from your centre: your core.

Flow Motion is balance training; the left and the right side of your body are put under equal strain and trained in a balanced way.

Flow Motion is coordination training; your body and nervous system learn new patterns of movement, thereby increasing your motoric intelligence.

Flow Motion is mindfulness training; Flow Motion is biofeedback in which all the body sensors are involved. You hear, feel, and see whether or not you are carrying out the movements properly.

Flow Motion is heart coherence training; by making the various Flow Motion movements you open up your chest area, and through the rhythmic movement automatically enter a state of flow.
