Flow Motion with the AquaSwing® is a safe and enjoyable fitness training program for young and old. The AquaSwing® has been designed as a biofeedback mechanism.
Motions when training with the AquaSwing® are meant to be smooth and flowing. If that isn’t the case, and your swing is rough, not fluent enough, or interrupted in any way, the water in the AquaSwing® will send a message, counter-reacting to warn you. And since this counter-reaction is something that you feel, hear, and see, you’re never in any doubt. You then simply adjust your swing, make it more smooth and flowing, and get back into the flow again.
That's why Flow Motion is so easy to learn and use.
You move in a variety of controlled, rhythmic, circular, and flowing routines, without any danger of overtaxing the joints. And that's because you can choose how much water you want to put into the AquaSwing®, thereby regulating the weight of the water.

Spine Balancer
The Spine Balancer helps make your core muscles stronger. The core muscles of your body link the upper and lower parts of your body, so-called because that's where the pivotal point of the body is located.
The pivotal point of the body is between 1 and 4 cm below the navel and is known to the Chinese as “Dan Tian’.
The Japanese call it ”Hara” while Americans use the term Power House. All physical movement is connected with this power centre.
This is especially so in Flow Motion with the AquaSwing® which optimally synchronises the upper and lower parts of the body. That's why the Spine Balancer is tremendously useful in the Flow Motion training program.

Backbender
Using the Backbender you stretch your upper back more actively and more intensively than with the Basic Backbender. As well as stretching your back backwards you can also stretch it forwards.
As you get more routine doing it, you can vary the height of the device by adjusting the little legs underneath to increase the intensity.
The Backbender is a marvellous appliance for the spinal column giving it maximum flexibility and expanding your chest room at the same time.
Warming up in Flow Motion with the AquaSwing®, is a good way of preparing for exercising with the Backbender.

Basic Chair
The Basic Chair is designed for you to sit straight up, relax and do breathing exercises in a very comfortable position.
The Basic Chair consists of two parts, cleverly designed to fit together. Both parts are fitted with a hand grip, making it easy to take the chair with you wherever you go.
A workout in Flow Motion with the AquaSwing® is a good way of preparing for exercising with the Basic Chair as excellently contrasts the dynamic with the static in the process of exercising.

Basic Balancer
This balancing board is vitally important in the injury healing and recovery process and in the prevention of injuries to ankles, knees, pelvis, and back.
Practising with this kinaesthetic balancer is also a great way of improving your performance capacity. By kinaesthetic, we mean observing and being aware of the most subtle movements of the body.
You can work with the Basic Balancer at three different levels of difficulty.
In the difficult position, using the central part of the board, exercising is more challenging than it is with ordinary balancing boards.
But once you know how, it gives you greater physical control, essential for top-level performance.
As a backup to Flow Motion with the AquaSwing®, the Basic Balancer is a powerful tool and extremely valuable in healing sports injuries.

Basic Ab Touch (BAT)
The BAT is skilfully designed to subtly massage the stomach wall while facilitating healthy breathing from the abdomen.
The BAT and the AquaSwing® together form a harmonic unit. Together they promote the body’s self healing process and vitality.

Ground Controller
This handy device has been developed to solve specific training problems that top athletes and bodybuilders have. It is designed to exercise the muscles of the lower leg. Not only to create resistance to dorsiflexy but also to provide an effective way of doing strengthening exercises for pronation and supination of the foot.
It has all the benefits that we look for in any training device. It requires dynamic stabilisation, brings the correcting muscles into play, and makes it possible to exercise the ankle joint over its plane of movement.
You can also make rotary movements with the Ground Controller, making it a typical Flow Motion device. It's also the best exercise device for preventing cramp of the calf, and strengthening the shinbone muscles of runners to prevent “Shin Splints.”
The Ground Controller is ideal for effective knee stretch exercises. Its big advantage is it doesn't take much weight to get the maximum benefit from resistance training. By using the device lying down, you can train your stomach muscles as well as your calf muscles.
The Ground Controller is designed to fit every foot size. The Ground Controller is also perfect for training the wrist muscles. Through dorsiflexion, radial and ulnar deviation and through the rotary movement of the wrist, the muscles of the lower arm are exercised and strengthened in a pleasant way. The leverage the device gives, means you get maximum resistance for minimum input.
Stirring Wheels
Pain in the shoulders and arms is practically always accompanied by immobility and stiffness in the upper back and dysfunction in the pattern of movement throughout the rest of the body structure.
The unique thing about Flow Motion Fitness with Stirring Wheels is a combination of circular movements can be made with the arms and shoulders while making the back stir countering a certain pressure. Physical strength is developed in the process of stirring.
Because the motions are a circular, it’s impossible to overstrain the body. The joints ogether with the accompanying muscles, bands, and tendons get stimulated so they work better.
The device can be adjusted to suit every physical size, since
1. The wheels can be adjusted relative to each other
2. The arm with the handle can be adjusted relative to the wheel
3. The height of the device can be ergonomically adjusted
The counteraction of the Stirring Wheels is easily adjusted. When the counteraction is set at maximum, the Stirring Wheels come under considerable pressure and have to be fixed to the ground.
A wooden base plate, easily dismantled, has been developed for this purpose. By adding a few smart accessories, the base plate can be reemployed as a separate device, the Dynaboard.

Dynaboard
One of the best ways of making the muscles in the area of the ankle joint stronger is to practice power training with the Dynaband. To get the best out of the Dynaband, we developed the Dynaboard®.
With the Dynaboard®. you put pressure on the ankle and move it in any direction thereby developing strength and coordination in the muscles round the ankle.

Shoulder Balancer
The Shoulder Balancer helps you strengthen your shoulder girdle muscles while keeping your shoulders slumped and relaxed.
At the same time you need to keep you back coordination under control and place your shoulders on the arms, balancing with your feet in the air. This position lengthens the neck and elongates the neck which you can then freely move.

Flowmotion Balancer
The beam of the FlowMotion Balancer has a broad and a narrow side. Using the handy supports you can learn to control your movements on the broad side of the beam, and then try them out again on the narrow side, which is more difficult.
Practicing on the beam strengthens the knees and ankles. This exercise also develops the muscles of the head and neck as well as those of the ribs and spinal column and between the spinal column and the pelvis.
Exercising on the beam has to be done from a position of alignment. It is thus an excellent way of correcting the posture. Doing it gives you a feeling of structural unity and physical harmony. Practising with the FlowMotion Balancer is also a good introduction to more advanced training exercises.
The optimal length of the balancer is 3.5 metres, but it can be ordered in different sizes so you can exercise with it at home.
Exercising with the Flow Motion Balancer is beneficial for sports practitioners and rehabilitation patients.
The balancer develops your sense of balance, stability muscles, sense of kinaesthetic (increasing your awareness of your posture and body movements), bilateral coordination and motoric intelligence.
Doing FlowMotion with the AquaSwing® is an excellent way of preparing for training with the Flow Motion Balancer.
We also have a Basic Balancer XXL, designed as an addition to the Basic Balancer and teaching you maintain a firm stance while adopting the correct breathing rhythm.

Basic Backbender
One of the features of the AquaSwing® is that it involves the shoulders’ entire range of motion, when exercising the shoulder joints. Dynamically and with the force of simplicity.
With the Basic Backbender you can exercise the entire range of motion available in the shoulder/ shoulder girdle area. At the same time the back bender forces the body to relax totally, creating the perfect conditions for injuries need to heal properly.
Exercising with this device is also a tremendous help in instilling a sense of physical awareness in the user. Flow Motion training sessions are kept fully balanced and entertaining when you use the Basic Backbender.

The Basic Stretchbelt is a practical device, designed to ensure that shoulders and arms are pulled and stretched in the proper way.
For best results, the muscles of the shoulder blades have to be involved in pull and stretch motions, which is precisely what the Basic Stretchbelt is designed to do.
Warming up beforehand in Flow Motion with the AquaSwing® is a good idea before moving on to Basic Stretchbelt training.
