Basic Touch personal physiotherapy and Flow Motion with the AquaSwing® group therapy are fully covered by health insurers in the Netherlands.

Group training is held at the Mirror Centre in Amsterdam under the instruction and guidance of the physiotherapists of Basic Touch.

Balance between body and mind

Flow Motion is a new type of motion therapy/medical fitness centred on the balance between body and mind.

It is designed especially for persons suffering from back, shoulder and arms, pelvis complaints, as well as diabetes, overweight etc.

Our current health care system and the extensive cover it provides for the insured, is becoming unaffordable.

The system can only be maintained in its present form if insurers devolve responsibility back to the public, and make people aware of their responsibility for adopting a healthy life style and looking after their own health.

Broad Range

Attention to the physical complaints of our patients is only part of our work;
we also attend to their general well-being. For optimal performance in this area we offer patients a wide range of facilities, provided they have additional insurance cover for physiotherapy.

1. Three months free use of (cardio) fitness + sauna.
2. Three months free use of FlowMotion group therapy
3. Free use of warm water massage beds.
4. Free use of massage benches

Our tailor-made health approach and bio-feedback at personal level during therapy, combined with the facilities we offer, provide our patients with all the motivation they need to work on their own health. After this three-month trial period, our patients can continue in motion by extending their membership at a price of between €19.95 and €25 a month.
